Patron Size 12x12 ft. Central Height 8 ft. and wall height 3ft.
Outer fly made of two folds, Outer fold of 100% cotton Canvas,
waterproof, Green color quality 18 ozs/M2. Inner fold of Dosooti
cloth Blue , inner fly made of Dosooti Cloth Blue and Yellow,
complete (with sample) all accessories including Bamboo poles,
pegs, pins, hammer and cotton ropes. Tents should be provided
with ground sheet made of Blue Polypropylene size 12x12 ft. |

Tenders must reach the
office of the undersigned along with 2% call deposit in favour of
DDO/ Provincial Secretary, Islamabad Boy Scouts Association (IBSA)
latest by June 17, 2008 till 1200 Noon.

Tenders will be opened
in the office on the undersigned same day (June 17, 2008) at 1230
hours in the presence of the interested bidders / their
representatives who choose to attend.

The
offer must be valid for at least 30 days from the date of tender
opening.

Taxes (Where applicable) will be deducted as per Government Rules.

ISBA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids.
