for running College Canteen at FGCW I-8/3

 
 

Sealed Tenders are invited for the running College Canteen initially for TWO YEARS from reputed contractors / firms at Federal Government College for Women, I-8/3 on

BUILT OPERATE AND TRANSFER BASIS

  1. Tender documents specifying details and Term/Conditions can be purchased from the office of the Principal FGCW I-8/3, Islamabad, during working hours on  payment of Rs. 300 only (Non Refundable) till October 28, 2009 latest by 1000 hours.
  2. The Firm should be local (from Islamabad/Rawalpindi)
  3. Bids as per the term of the contract should reach during working hours, through post / Courier or by hand up to October 28, 2009 latest by 1200 hours.
  4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders / authorized representatives (if present) on October 28, 2009 at 1230 hours in the office of the Principal.
  5. Principal reserves the right the to accept / reject any tender.
  6. Tenders received after closing date & Time,  through fax or Telegraph will not be entertained.
