TENDER NOTICE

Provision of Equipment, Furniture and Miscellaneous Items at

Federal Government Degree College Men, Sihala (F.A.), Islamabad.

 

Sealed bids are invited from suppliers/ manufactures (Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments) for the supply of following lots in Federal Government Degree College Men, Sihala (F.A.), Islamabad. Bidders are required to quote in following lots separately.

The tender documents containing detailed specifications of various items will be available in the office of the Principal, Federal Government Degree College Men, Sihala (F.A.), Islamabad during office hours on payment of Rs. 200/- (Non Refundable) per lot as per following schedule:

  • Tenders should be furnished in person or by mail.

  • Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be entertained.

  • No telegraphic or Faxed bid will be acceptable.

  • The bidders will be required to deposit the earnest money in the form of Pay Order/ Bank Draft in the name of Chairman Purchase Committee on the address mentioned below.

  • Tenders will be opened by the purchase committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (If available).

  • All the terms and conditions are available with tender documents.

  • The purchase committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders.
