Sealed Tenders are invited for the purchase of furniture Items for a few Educational Institutions located in Sector Tarnol under the ambit of Federal Directorate of Education.

Tender for the furniture Items along with call deposit of Rs. 40,000 (Rs. Forty Thousands Only) as earnest money must be deposited according to the terms and conditions in favor of  the Area Education Officer, Sector Tarnol.

Terms and Conditions

1. The firm should be Reputed, Registered, Tax Paying and local (from Islamabad/Rawalpindi)
2. Tender documents specifying details of the furniture items can be purchased from the office of the AEO Tarnol, Islamabad, during working hours on  payment of Rs. 500 only (Non Refundable) till January 16, 2010 latest by 1000 hours.
3. Bids along with earnest money through  drafts / CDR in favor of AEO, Sector Tarnol should reach during working hours, through post / Courier or by hand up to January 16, 2010 latest by 1100 hours.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders / authorized representatives (if present) on January 16, 2010 at 1130 Hours in the office of the Area Education Officer, Sector Tarnol.
5. Tenders received after closing date & Time,  through fax or Telegraph will not be entertained. No claim in this regard shall be considered.
6. Security will be refunded after six months of the complete supply.
7. Sample of Each Item must be provided before issuance of Supply Orders.
8. A sum of Rs. 500/- per day will be charged as fine in case of delay in supply.
9. General Order Suppliers are not entitled for submission of tenders.
10. Estimated Cost of these furniture items is Pk Rupees 2 Millions.
