Provision of Miscellaneous Furniture Items for Students and Staff at FGDCW I-8/3

Sealed Tenders are invited for the purchase of furniture Items (Student Chairs, Office Chairs etc)  from reputed / Tax paying firms for newly established FG Degree College for Women I-8/3.   Tender for the furniture along with call deposit of Rs. 50,000 (Rs. Fifty Thousands Only) as earnest money must be deposited according to the terms and conditions in favour of  Principal FGDCW I-8/3, Islamabad Tender documents specifying details can be purchased from the office of the Principal FGDCW I-8/3, Islamabad, during working hours on  payment of Rs. 500 only (Non Refundable) till August 22, 2009 latest by 1000 hours. The Firm should be local (from Islamabad/Rawalpindi) Bids along with earnest money through pay orders / drafts in favour of Principal should reach during working hours, through post / Courier or by hand up to August 22, 2009 latest by 1100 hours. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders / authorized representatives (if present) on August 22, 2009 at 1130 Hours in the office of the Principal FGDCW I-8/3. Purchase committee reserves the right the to accept / reject any tender. Tenders received after closing date & Time,  through fax or Telegraph will not be entertained. Security will be refunded after six months of the complete supply. Sample of Each Item must be provided before issuance of Supply Orders.
