As
promoters of quality education, Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)
establishes a system of academic excellence and character building
traditions with a focus on every student as a very important personality
(VIP). FDE is conscious of its onerous responsibility of imparting quality
education to more than 200,000 students in 418 institutions spread out in
rural and urban areas of the capital.
Education as a holistic activity enables human
engineering at its best. Hence, activity calendars round the year provide
opportunities for I.Q (Intelligence Quotient) and E.Q (Emotional Quotient)
growth. The behavioral development thus achieved is continuously
strengthening the social fabric and commitment towards progressive
nationalism. FDE believes that:

Focusing on this philosophy, every institution
paints the picture of a Mini – Pakistan. Therefore, with equal
opportunities for all, an egalitarian environment, rich with norms and
values is constituted. Through Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs), FDE
welcomes the civil society to join hands for bringing in a meaningful
