i) The
parents of children residing in Islamabad.
ii)
Parents living in Rawalpindi but serving in Government / Semi
Government Organizations in Islamabad.
iii)
Age Limit: At least four years but not more than five years
(4 to 5 years) as on 31.03.2012 according to ‘B’ form issued by
NADRA.
iv)
Attested copies of relevant certificates/documents are to be
attached.
