Planning and Execution of  indigenous and coordinated trainings for all teaching as well as non-teaching staff working in FDE and its allied 423 institutions.

Development of training material for all the trainings to be conducted during the calendar.

Students related affairs pertaining to Academics

Provision of free Textbooks to students (Prep-X).

Collection of data and Analysis of Results..

Coordination with NCC in development of curriculum/ textbooks reviews.

Recommendation of books for libraries of educational institutions.

Miscellaneous tasks pertaining to academics.

Conduct of Centralized Examination (Class V and  Middle Standard Examination)

qTraining of 3099 Teachers/Head Teachers  

(In collaboration with Pakistan School Safety Framework by NDMA & British Council , faculty of Behavioural Sciences-NUST, Federal College of Education, JICA, UNESCO, WaterAid, and Phase I of In House Trainings on improvement of Pedagogical Skills)

 

Training Calendar is underway with subject based training modules shall be prepared to impart training to the teachers.

Training of Trainers to be organized with a partner organization.

Conduct of Class V centralized examination and Class VII scholarship examinations is in planning and execution phase

An extensive admission and promotion policy to be devised after revision of existing policies

Process of purchase of Textbooks to be provided for next academic session is under process

PROVISION OF FREE TEXTBOOKS

  • FDE provides free textbooks to all students up to class X.
  • Over 1.562 Million textbooks distributed in academic year 2018-19
